The 4'' thermal transfer ZD620 from
Zebra has one specific task: simple, efficient and high-grade productive label printing. That is why it is conceptualized for usage without a lot of training. All upgrade options are also installable on-site. The ZD620 produces
labels at a speed of 203 mm/sec. in 203 dpi – optionally even in 300 dpi for particularly small
labels. With its high speed it ensures for the necessary output in areas with a large labelling requirement – for example, in shipping or for marking component parts.
For connecting to the network or a PC the printer uses Bluetooth 4.1, as well as WLAN IEEE 802.11 a/c. It has Ethernet, RS232, USB 2.0 and USB host ports, and for simple remote management from the cloud it supports Link-OS. The optional color display with 10 keys simplifies both the configuration and handling. Plus, the housing of the special healthcare variant withstands chemical and UV-based disinfectants – apart from the sealed buttons, which do not leave any room for germ growth. This also makes the ZD620 a proven helper in labelling medication and samples.
